Returns and Refunds


  • All returns must be reported to our customer service at
  • All returns must include our return form.
  • We will only accept a return if the sneakers are:
    1. Completely new, not worn or fitted.
    2. Completely sale-ready
    3. In their original packaging perfectely intact, undamaged.
    4. The same size and model as the original bought sneakers.
    5. Shipped in a separate shipping package to prevent any damages to the original shoe box


  • Returned products which do not correspond with the requirements mentioned above, will not be refundable and will not be processed by our team.
  • We have the right to refuse returns which do not match the requirements.
  • Shipping costs made while returning your order will not be paid by FELIXPATTAS.
  • Please note that we do not have a physical store nor do we accept in-person returns. Every return has to be made through a postal service.



  • When the returned products are assessed and accepted, your refund will automatically be processed and credited to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 days for your refund to be processed.
  • When the returned products are assessed and rejected, you will be informed by email within 3 days. We will explain the problem and ship back your returned items to your address, at your expense.
