Authenticity

All products sold on FelixPattas are new and authentic. They are checked by our experts before they reach you to guarantee their authenticity. All sneakers come directly from our network of private and professional partner sellers in Europe and the Netherlands. They have never been worn and come to you in their original box with all accessories.

The sneakers we offer are initially released on the market in limited quantities at retail stores and websites and sell out very quickly. Our mission is to give you access to these sneakers in perfectly new condition, in complete safety and . For this we work together with a network of partner resellers, individuals and professionals in Europe to obtain these products for you, after they have been released at traditional stores.

When the products arrive with us, they are immediately checked by our experts. Each product is carefully examined to detect signs of counterfeiting: labels, seams, accessories, packaging, smell, etc. Each item is carefully examined to ensure the authenticity of the product you receive.

All the sneakers we ship are brand new. We inspect every sneaker before it ships, not only to make sure they are genuine, but also to make sure they are brand new, never worn or tried on. They come with the original box and original packaging (extra laces, other accessories …).

Sizing

The products sold on FelixPattas are mostly unisex. We mention the European sizes with our sneakers because they are the same for men and women and are therefore a good reference. To avoid confusion, please have a look at the size charts available through the product pages. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

The available sizes differ per sneaker. For Nike we offer size 35.5 to size 47 and for Adidas Yeezy size 36 to size 47 1/3. If your size is not within this range and you would like to request a certain sneaker, please mention the size in the extra information field on the request form on the request page.

To know your usual size, refer to your Nike size. If you really don’t know which size to take you can have a look at the size tables on the product page. One of the rows of the table is the footlength, which you can measure to know which size to take or compare it to the shoes you own.

We only offer children’s sizes on request. You can place a request via our request page and state the size in the extra information field.

Unlike other models, the Yeezy Boost 350 V2, Yeezy Boost 700 and 700 V2 models are quite small. We recommend that you take a size above your usual size for these models. If you normally wear 42, we recommend taking 42 2/3 or 43 1/3. The Yeezy 500 runs true to size, you can take your usual size.

At Nike we advise you to take your usual size as these are normal.

Prices and sales

The sneakers we offer release in more or less limited quantities. They are therefore out of stock in stores and on traditional websites after a short time. Our mission is to give you access to these sneakers, new and authentic, in complete security. We work with a network of reseller partners in Europe and the Netherlands to bring you the most limited sneakers, even the most recent.

The price of a sneaker depends on the model, size and current market value. The value of a sneaker on the market depends on the quantity produced and the demand. This can differ from day to day. It is therefore also possible that we adjust our prices accordingly.

Shipping and delivery

After your order has been placed, we will process the order and then ship it. We work with PostNL for sending the sneakers. Processing and shipping your order can take 3-10 working days. Then the transit time depends on the country where the package has to go. Within the Netherlands, packages are usually delivered within 1/2 days. Outside of the Netherlands, it can differ from 3 to 14 working days. For an estimate per country, please visit the PostNL website.

The shipping costs differ per country. In the Netherlands we deliver for free and outside NL it varies from 9 euros to 23 euros.  The shipping price is shown at the checkout.

When your sneakers are shipped, you will receive an email with the track code so you can follow your package on PostNL.nl.

Your order must first be processed before we send it out, this will take 3-10 working days. If it has been more than 10 working days since you placed your order and you have not received an email from us with the track code, please contact us via the contact page.

It is possible to pick up sneakers in Amsterdam. Contact us to schedule your pick up.

Returns and Cancellations

It is possible to change your order within 3 days after ordering. To cancel or modify your order please contact us.

It is possible to return your order within 14 days after receipt. To do so, the sneakers must be returned in the same condition as they arrived. Please read all the terms of our return policy on the returns page.

To receive a refund for a sneaker, you must first return it to us within 14 days of receipt, subject to the return conditions listed in our return policy.

Payments

We offer several payment options, they are all listed on the checkout page. If your preferred payment method is not listed, please contact us to see if we can arrange something else via the contact page.

If you are able to pick up your sneakers in Amsterdam, we do accept cash payments. Contact us to arrange a meetup

Provide sneakers

We also buy sneakers from individuals. If you want to sell your sneakers, you can contact us through the contact page, and then we will see if we can come to a deal together.

The price we pay depends on the model and size. We will always offer you a fair payout for your sneakers.

We only offer sneakers which are completely new and never worn. Therefore we only purchase new sneakers.

In some cases it is possible. To see if we can arrange an exchange deal you can contact our team through the contact page.

We are based in Amsterdam, but we do not have a physical store. We ship sneakers worldwide.

At the moment we only work online. So we do not have a physical store.
